A 28-year-old man was fatally shot shortly after midnight Tuesday in Southwest.
According to police, Ryan Matthew Addison of Southeast was found suffering from apparent gunshot wounds on the 200 block of Elmira Street, SW. Addison was taken to the hospital where he was later pronounced dead.
