Police have arrested a 57-year-old man for Monday afternoon’s fatal stabbing.
Hector L. Felix was charged with second-degree murder while armed for the alleged murder of Eric Lee Smith. Smith, 44, died after he was found suffering from stab wounds on the 800 block of H Street, NE.
Felix was charged Friday.
