A trial date has been set for April for the case against Rodney Baggott.
Baggott, charged with second-degree murder while armed, was arrested for his role in the alleged murder of Donald Franklin Bush in June of 2015.
Bush, 44, was pronounced dead on the night of June 13, 2015.
Baggott is charged in two different cases and will have his next hearing for both on March 31, 2017.
