A 35-year-old man was fatally shot early Monday morning.
Antonio Bassett was found inside a residence on the 3900 block of Pennsylvania Ave., SE, at around 4:45 a.m. When emergency workers arrived they determined Bassett had already died from his injuries, and he was transported to the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner.
Police have not yet released any suspect information.
