Police are investigating the fatal shooting of Antwaun Smith.
Smith, 41, was found suffering from an apparent gunshot wound in the 600 block of Newtown Place, NW on Sept. 10.
Emergency personnel declared Smith dead at the scene. Police have not yet released any suspect information
