Police are investigating after Omar Earl Rodgers, 25, was found fatally shot.
Police arrived at the scene at approximately 3:50 a.m. on Oct. 8 and found Rogers, of Southeast, in a vehicle in the 1300 block of Good Hope Rd., SE. He was transported to an area hospital and pronounced dead once lifesaving efforts failed.
No suspects have been identified.
