Marcel Harrison of Southeast DC was found dead late on the evening of Nov. 18, 2017.
Police found 30-year-old Harrison unconscious, and suffering from multiple gunshot wounds on 3000 block of 30th Street, SE.
He was transported to a hospital where he was pronounced dead.
The MPD is investigating.
