Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) detectives announced the name of the victim in a traffic fatality involving a pedestrian.
At about 3:14 a.m. on June 13 on the 1500 block of 14th Street, NW, 29-year-old Gerald Lewis reportedly struck a pedestrian on the sidewalk. The pedestrian has been identified as 59-year-old Antonio Felder.
