A carjacking defendant, who after a sexual encounter threatened to shoot the victim in the head if he did not comply with a robbery, accepted a plea deal before DC Superior Court Judge Robert Salerno on March 12.  Da’Andre Pardlow, 31, was originally charged with carjacking while armed, kidnapping while armed, and robbery while armed for his involvement in a carjacking.
