DC Superior Court Judge Carmen McLean released a stabbing defendant on March 10 pending trial after he did not receive appropriate medical care for an acknowledged medical condition.  Jaylen Gross, 26, is charged with assault with a dangerous weapon and strangulation for his alleged involvement in a stabbing that took place at the 2400 block of Pomeroy Road, SE on Feb.
