The prosecution asked DC Superior Court Judge Heide Herrmann to dismiss a shooting case on July 14 because the defendant’s case was moved to US District Court.  John Bradham, 54, was charged with unlawful possession of a firearm with a prior conviction, carrying a pistol without a license outside a home or business, possession of an unregistered firearm, and unlawful possession of ammunition for his alleged involvement in a July 10 shooting at 300 block of 8th Street, SE.
