Wade Westmoreland, 36, is charged with simple assault, threats to do bodily harm, possession of a prohibited weapon, and a bail violation for an incident that occurred on Oct. 28, 2019.
Westmoreland was sent to St. Elizabeth’s Hospital, DC’s psychiatric institution by DC Superior Court Judge Michael Ryan.
