Charges Dismissed Against Accused Fugitive

DC Superior Court Judge Rainey Brandt dismissed the charges against Keya Harrington for being a fugitive from justice.

Harrington was charged with being a fugitive from justice. Harrington pleaded not guilty to the charge on March 10.
