The second man charged with the death of Orlando Silver III was ordered held without bail as the case against him continues.
Cinquan Cartledge was charged with second-degree murder for Silver’s murder. Marquette Tibbs, Cartledge’s co-defendant is also being held without bail.
Cartledge is due to appear in court on May 19.
