Between 9 p.m. on Dec. 6 and 9 a.m. on Dec. 7, the Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) sent out two crime alerts.
The most recent alert was sent at 1:54 a.m. for an attempted robbery on the 300 block of K Street, NW. Police are looking for a Black male, 6’0″ in height with a dark complexion. He as last seen headed south on the 900 block of 4th Street, NW.
The second alert was sent at 10:59 p.m. for a shooting on the 2300 block of Hartford Street, SE. Police do not have a description of the suspect(s).
