Between the hours of 8 p.m. on May 19 and 8 a.m. on May 20, the Metropolitan Police Department sent out three crime alerts.
All three alerts were for robberies that occurred in the District.
The first alert was sent out at 10:36 p.m. for an incident that occurred on the 3200 block of 8th Street, SE. Police are looking for a 5’7 dark skinned black male wearing a red hooded sweatshirt blue jeans, red and black shoes and a cloth mask.
The second alert was sent at 11:46 p.m. for a robbery that occurred on the 4600 block of Connecticut Avenue, NW. Police are looking for four 5’7 black male juveniles all wearing dark clothing and one wearing a light blue hoodie.
The final alert was sent out at 11:59 p.m. for an incident that occurred on the 4600 block of Martin Luther King Jr. Avenue, SE. Police are looking for a 6’0 black male with a medium build, long dreadlocks, wearing dark colored jeans and a black jacket with a white stripe.
