A defendant who was set to be released on May 21 is being held an extra day to address an arrest warrant.
Lorenzo McCallop is charged with unlawful entry of private property, second-degree theft and simple assault.
Judge Judith Pipe planned to release McCallop under the High Intensity Supervision Program (HISP). His release conditions will also be addressed on May 22.
McCallop is scheduled for a status hearing on June 24.
