During a status hearing on Nov. 8, a defense attorney requested a continuation.
Robert Edward Green is charged with first-degree murder while armed for his alleged role in the shooting of 43-year-old Andre Junior on the 1500 block of Park Road, NW on March 15, 2018.
Defense attorney, Mani Golzari, asked DC Superior Court Judge Dana Dayson to allow him to receive the results of a DNA test before proceeding forward with the case.
The prosecution did not have an issue with the request to wait.
Judge Dayson rescheduled the hearing for Dec 13.
