DC Superior Court Judge Juliet McKenna decided May 27 to continue a hearing so a defendant could decide if he wanted to accept a pre-indictment plea offer.
Kwalik Dorsey is charged with armed robbery for his alleged involvement in the theft of a backpack, an Iphone and a Xbox from a victim on Feb. 26.
Dorsey is being held without bail.
Another hearing is scheduled for June 23.
