The Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) announced an update in a 1992 homicide case with the second arrest made. Tyrone Long, 54, of Northwest, was charged with First-Degree Murder for his alleged involvement in the death of 19-year-old Ricardo Burbano, who was found deceased in Hyattsville, MD, after being strangled, stabbed, and suffering blunt force trauma. The first suspect was arrested in 2022, and the case remains under investigation.
