Metropolitan Police Department detectives are investigating a homicide that occurred on Dec. 30, on the 2400 block of 15th Street, NW.
According to a press release, at about 2:24 am, officers located 21-year-old Jhonatan Guzman Hernandez suffering from apparent gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead on the scene.
