Metropolitan Police Department detectives arrested a 29-year-old woman in connection to a sexual abuse.
On Aug. 15 on the 4000 block of Georgia Avenue, NW a 29-year-old woman approached the victim and made unwanted sexual contact with the victim and then fled the scene.
She was arrested and charged with third degree sexual abuse.
