Metropolitan Police Department detectives made an arrest in connection to a non-fatal shooting that occurred on Dec. 24, on the 900 block of M Street, NW.
According to a press release, at about 4:26 pm, officers located an adult male victim suffering from a gunshot wound.
On Dec. 29, 32-year-old Richard Johnson was arrested and charged with assault with a dangerous weapon.
