Metropolitan Police Department detectives made an arrest in connection to a non-fatal stabbing that occurred on Dec. 28, on the 900 block of 23rd Street, NW.

According to a press release, at about 3:14 am, the suspect brandished a knife and attempted to stab a victim.

William Benbow, 47, was arrested and charged with assault with a dangerous weapon.
