The Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) has made two arrests for an assault that occurred on Dec. 21.
At around 12:54 p.m., the suspects, brandishing handguns, approached and shot at the victim on the 1200 block of I Street, SE before fleeing the scene. No injuries were reported.
Two 21 year-olds were arrested and charged with assault with a dangerous weapon (gun).
