The Metropolitan Police Department is investigating a shooting that left two people dead and another severely injured on the 2400 block of Martin Luther King, Jr. Avenue, SE.
According to a press release, around 1:39 p.m. officers found two males, 20-year-old Jaszel Henderson and 31-year-old Terrance Griffin, along with an unidentified female victim suffering from gunshot wounds on May 19.
The men died on the scene. The female victim was taken to a local hospital for life threatening injuries.
A reward of up to $25,000 is being offered for information that leads to an arrest and conviction in this case or any other homicide in Washington, DC. Anyone with information should call the police at 202-727-9099. Anonymous information may be submitted to the department’s Text Tip Line — 50411.
