Metropolitan Police Department detective is investigating a homicide that occurred on Dec. 24, on the 3600 block of Georgia Avenue, NW.
According to a press release, at about 12:54 am, officers located 50-year-old Richard Antonio Joseph and another adult male victim suffering from apparent gunshot wounds.
Richard Antonio Joseph was pronounced dead at the scene. The other victim was transported to a local hospital for treatment for life-threatening injuries.
