Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) detectives are investigating a homicide that happened during the early hours of March 22.
At around 1:51 a.m., officers responded to the 1200 block of Orren Street, NE for the sounds of gunshots.
There, they found 28 year-old Ervin Henderson, Jr. suffering from gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead on scene.
