Officers from the Metropolitan Police Department found April 28 Isaiah Harris, 23, suffering from apparent gunshot wounds on the 700 block of Gresham Place, NW, which is a residential block near Howard University.
He was pronounced dead at an area hospital. Police are currently investigating the homicide. A reward is being offered.
