The Metropolitan Police Department is currently investigating a fatal shooting that occurred on the 800 block of Oglethorpe Street, NE. One of two victims, 43-year-old George Johnson, Jr., died at a local hospital.
The police are seeking information that can lead to an arrest or conviction. A monetary reward is being offered.
