The Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) announced the arrest of 28-year-old Sean Butler, who is charged with assault with a dangerous weapon for his alleged involvement in the shooting of a ride share driver’s vehicle which occurred on May 6 on the 2000 block of Rhode Island Avenue, NE.
