The Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) announced the arrest of two suspects in an armed carjacking that occurred on June 29 on the 2400 block of 14th Street, NW. Zjemajn Grady, 18, and a 16-year-old juvenile allegedly brandished a knife and stole a vehicle from a victim. Both suspects were apprehended shortly after and charged with armed carjacking.
