The Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) announced they are investigating a fatal stabbing that occurred on Dec. 30 in Dupont Circle, Northwest. The victim, identified as 36-year-old Dominique Ratiff of Southeast, was found unresponsive and later pronounced dead at a hospital. No suspect information has been released.
