The Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) announced they are investigating a fatal stabbing that occurred on Dec. 31 in Northeast, Washington, D.C. The victim, identified as 24-year-old Joziah Thurman, succumbed to his injuries after seeking help at the Sixth District police station. The incident was determined to have taken place inside a residence on the 800 block of 49th Street, Northeast.
