The Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) announced they are seeking assistance in locating a suspect involved in an unarmed carjacking that took place on Nov. 18 on the 1900 block of 14th Street, Northwest. The suspect allegedly pushed the victim and stole their vehicle, though the victim was unharmed. Surveillance footage of the suspect is available to aid in identification.
