The Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) announced they are searching for two suspects involved in a shooting and armed robbery that occurred on Jan 3 in the 5700 block of 2nd St, NE. The suspects brandished firearms, shot in the direction of the victims, and stole their property before fleeing. Fortunately, the victims were not injured. The suspects and their vehicle were captured on surveillance footage.
