The Metropolitan Police Department arrested July 15 a man they believe is connected to a homicide in Southeast, DC.
According to a press release, officers arrested 29-year-old Andre Dubose for allegedly assaulting 37-year-old Ahmad Simms on the 1800 Block of Q Street, SE on March 17. Dubose is charged with first-degree murder while armed.
