Detectives with the Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) arrested 19-year-old Nelson Davis in connection to the homicide of 45-year-old Jason Ford on Aug. 15.
The offense occurred on June 25 on the 1700 block of West Virginia Avenue, NE.
Davis is being charged with second-degree murder while armed.
