Document: Police Arrest Suspects for Robbery Offenses Around the District

The Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) has announced arrests that have been made for robbery offenses in DC.

Police arrested a 44 year-old on Nov. 5 for a robbery that occurred on the 400 block of 50th Street, SE on the same day.

A 27 year-old was arrested on Nov. 6 for an armed robbery that occurred around 6:00 p.m. on the 6200 block of Banks Place, NE.

Also on Nov. 6, a 41 year-old was arrested for a robbery with force and violence that occurred on the 2600 block of Martin Luther King, Jr. Avenue, SE.

On Nov. 7, a 35 year-old male was arrested for an assault with intent to rob that occurred on the 1200 block of U Street, NW on Nov. 6.

Also on Nov. 7, a 19 year-old from Northeast, DC was arrested for an armed robbery that occurred on Sept. 30 on the 1800 block of Central Place, NE.

On Nov. 9, a 13 year-old juvenile male and a 14 year-old juvenile male were arrested for two offenses. One of the offenses was for an assault with intent to rob while armed offense on the 400 block of 11th Street, NE on Nov. 9. The other offense was a robbery with force and violence on the 200 block of 10th Street, NE.

Finally, on Nov. 13, a 15 year-old juvenile male from Southeast, DC was arrested for two robbery offenses that occurred on the 3800 block of Minnesota Avenue, NE on Oct. 11 and Oct. 25.
