The Metropolitan Police Department is investigating a homicide that occurred on the 2100 block of H Street, NE.
According to a press release, officers found 27-year-old Lowell Tolliver suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at an area hospital.
Another victim was also found suffering from a gunshot wound. That victim received treatment for non-life threatening injuries.
The department is offering a reward of up to $25,000 for information that leads to an arrest and conviction in this case or any other homicide case in DC.
