The Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) arrested a suspect for an unarmed carjacking offense that happened on Oct. 11.
At around 1:08 a.m., the suspect approached the victim on the 1300 block of Okie Street, NE. The suspect entered the victim’s vehicle and tried to take it. He was apprehended by responding officers.
