The Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) arrested a suspect for assault with a dangerous weapon.
On Dec. 5 at around 8:35 p.m., the suspect and the victim were involved in a dispute while driving on the 1600 block of Kenilworth Avenue, NE. During the dispute, the suspect allegedly fired a handgun at the victim. However, the victim was not struck.
The suspect, a 41-year-old resident of Arlington, Va., was apprehended by responding officers.
