Document: U.S. Attorney’s Office Concludes Police Shooting Investigation

According to a press release from the Metropolitan Police Department, charges will not be filed against two officers who were involved in the May 16, 2017, fatal shooting of Isabelle Duval, 41, in Southwest D.C.
