The Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) have identified the second victim in a double fatal crash that occurred on July 2 on the 4100 block of Southern Avenue, SE, during an active pursuit of a car connected to multiple robberies.
The decedents have been identified as 17-year-old Dashawn Harris and 18-year-old Zagory Leo Hill.
