Detectives from the Metropolitan Police Department’s Homicide Branch are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying and locating a vehicle in reference to a homicide that occurred on Monday, July 3, 2023.
At approximately 12:56 am, Seventh District officers responded to a shooting report and found the body of 27-year-old Frank Maddox.
