After searching since November of 2016, police arrested 33-year-old Elliot Avery Starks on Wednesday for the alleged murder of Antina Pratt.
According to police, 40-year-old Pratt was found with multiple stab wounds in the 2600 block of Pomeroy Rd. SE and was declared dead at the scene. Police had asked the community several times for help in locating Starks throughout the 10 months.
On Oct. 4, Starks was arrested and charged with first-degree murder while armed.
