On April 9, before DC Superior Court Judge Micheal O’Keefe, a homicide defendant pleaded not guilty during arraignment, and prosecutors claimed a co-defendant will be added to the case.
Jadohn Bracey, 24, is charged with first-degree murder while armed premeditated, three counts of possession of firearm during crime of violence, two counts of assault with intent to kill while armed, and unlawful possession of a firearm by a prior convict, for his alleged involvement in the fatal shooting of 41-year-old Angela Washington, who was on-duty as a special police officer.
