On Feb. 3, DC Superior Court Judge John Campbell continued an arson defendant’s hearing to Feb. 16.
Defense attorney Julie Swaney asked Judge Campbell to continue the hearing, so she could have time to examine video footage and have the defendant fill out paperwork.
