A DC Superior Court judge continued a hearing so that a warrant could be executed.
Michael Dudley is charged with simple assault and destruction of property less than $1,000.
Judge Neal Kravitz continued the hearing because Dudley did not qualify for the high intensity supervision program because of a warrant that has not been executed.
Dudley’s attorney, Eugene Smith, will check in with the US Marshal Service about executing the warrant.
