A DC Superior Court judge continued a Nov. 5 hearing for a defendant to give time for the defense to review a plea offer.
Rodney Patterson is charged with assault with intent to kill while armed and possession of a firearm during a crime of violence.
Patterson, 44, is accused of shooting a victim three times in the stomach on May 2 on the 3200 block of 23rd Street, SE.
Judge Robert Okun scheduled Patterson’s next hearing for Dec. 30.
He is being held without bail.
